Greetings valued backers, fans and allies,
We did it!
Thanks to contributions from 240 backers the Alpha Mech Pilot Program is a go! We are now set to embark upon an exciting new chapter in the development of mech racing and everyone who contributed here will go down in history for having played a role.
For those who pledged for no reward, just because you think what we're doing is rad - thank you! We hope that the continued development of mech racing is reward enough.
For those who pledged for swag, you're about to be looking real good. We'll be in touch with surveys if we need more info and you'll be reppin' the AMP gear soon!

Here we are in our last week of the campaign. Thank you for all the support and encouragement so far, its the inspiration we draw upon as we work to make this dream a reality. We are looking forward to all our new pilots joining the team. To celebrate we present to you another mech sports first; Mech Rodeo! Enjoy!

Greetings Alpha Team
It was just over three weeks ago that we launched our campaign and we seem to have captured the imaginations of people around the world!
People are talking about us from Tokyo, to Munich to Buenos Aires. We even have print story coming out in Denmark! (but that's not till November because, you know, print).
We just wanted to share some of those stories because if feels good to be part of something big. To know that people are excited to see what happens next. We've collected a few good ones below. Pick your favorite story and pass it on to someone who you think will enjoy it and tell them to follow along, because we've got something special coming up in the last two weeks of our campaign that they won't want to miss...it turns out you can teach an old mech new tricks...stay tuned!
Lastly Jon dropped in A Filthy Lot Studio right here in North Vancouver for a rousing panel discussion on all things mech.
Limited Edition Mech Foot Print Tee - First Test

We're only in our second week of this campaign and we continue to be amazed by the support of the community. We are 70% of the way to our next stretch goal of $100k which will allow us to upgrade our training infrastructure and expand our pilot training program.
For this update we thought we'd provide a behind the scenes look at the development of one of our favourite offerings; the custom mech foot print t-shirt. We had some fun trying this out for this week's instalment of Mech Mondays aka stepping on things with a giant mech suit. Our first attempt came out surprisingly well and we will be refining the process further in time to stamp out the rewards. The reward tee's will also include the Prosthesis Mech Racing Alpha Mech Pilot Program insignia across the back and AMP mech logo on the breast.
These tees are going to be special pieces of mech history. If you've ordered a standard tee, it's not too late to upgrade and we of course would love it if you shared the campaign with anyone you think might appreciate this unique "mech made" offering.

We've broken through the $50k mark! Thank you so much for helping us surpass our first stretch goal!
With your help we can build on this momentum and reach our next stretch goal of $100k. Reaching that level of funding will allow us to upgrade our pilot training infrastructure and expand the program to more pilots. The more people we get in the seat the faster this sport will grow and the sooner we'll see mechs going head to head on the track. Each and everyone of you has the power to help achieve this dream by spreading the word and reaching out to your networks of potential pilots.
As promised all Alpha Mech Pilot Trainees will now get an extra 10 minutes of seat time.
